"From the perspective of mixing with other foods, maybe it is useful. However, I thought Instant Mashers tasted as 'canned' as most instant potatoes used to taste. A non-low-carb-diet friend who likes regular snack foods will eat this product without a problem and thought it tasted all right. I could not finish one serving without forcing myself. Dixie Diner makes some good mixes, but this one needs more work."
