"create floppy - no problem - but then asks for Turbo software which it says is on the USB used to download file at my local library. No Way.
You say this is difficult for novice users - you are not kidding.
I also tried SeaTools for Windows - that beast said it wanted N.T.2 - my OS is W2000SP2.
Seagate HDD test tools - Not much use, to me at any rate"
