Glad to use up my tomatoes with this,

"This turned out pretty good. I did add 2 cloves of garlic to the cheese mayo mixture. I needed to cook it longer (45- 50 mins) than the time allotted. I also added a toasted breadcrumb topping. Far be it from me to follow a recipe exactly :)"
