Excellent, easy chili,

"This recipe is perfect for dinner on a busy week night - The ingredients and preparation are simple and the results are delicious. I've made it twice and gotten compliments! The recipe says to serve with salsa chips, but I served with small whole grain rolls as an alternative. Also, this chili is generally mild, but you can make it spicier by adding some green jalapeño hot sauce. Yummy!"
