"This fudge is truly yummy and so quick and easy to make. I know I'll be making this all the time. In fact, I just purchased low-carb fudge at a mall and paid $9.95 per pound. Never again. TIP: I used thin white laytex gloves to mix the fudge too - no mess and really combines the ingredients well. In fact, I use those gloves for mixing meatloaf too. You can buy a box of 100 gloves at Home Depot in the paint dept. Wonderful in the kitchen for mixing things your hands, kneading dough and for other household jobs where you want to keep your hands/nails clean."
