"I made this just now, and Im not the best at technical cooking but this was surprisingly easy! I think I used a bit too much sweetener (Xylitol and Splenda) but it definately tastes good. My Boyfriend will never know the difference :) This this is a once in a while treat tho as there's milk in it so really not that super low carb. I doubt if Soya milk would work at all."
