Prefer regular flax focaccia bread,

"I love the regular flax focaccia bread and was curious to try this - my results weren't that great.
The taste was bland - I used golden flax meal - maybe whole grain flax meal would give it a more robust flavor.
The bread was a little dry and texture was like corn bread. It might be good as pizza dough.
The dough was very sticky. In order to spread it in the pan I greased a sheet of wax paper, put it over the top of the dough and rolled it out with a rolling pin.
I'm diabetic and while the regular flax bread without resistant starch does not affect my blood glucose level, this recipe did - not a huge spike, but enough so that I would need to eat a small portion and definitely watch what else I ate with it.
I'll stick with the regular flax focaccia bread recipe!"
