"My family liked these but I found them to be dry so the next time that I made them I used Hoisin sauce with the onions and a bit more on the burger. It added the needed moisture to it. I am trying this again tonight and will add some fresh ginger. I really think the ginger is going to "kick it". p.s. I love the lime taste so I dont want to overpower that either!"
