"Awesome recipe because it gave you all the basic ingredients and then you can easily substitute like I did. Because I didn't have an onion I substituted dice green chiles, I didn't have garlic or any of the other spices, I substituted a spice mix I had that had jalapeno and other like spices and cumin.
My husband does all the cooking. I threw this together in an hour including time to eat. If I can do it, so can you."
