Great Cheesecake!,

"This was the first thing I ever baked and it turned out excellent! I did however make a few modifications to it. I made it crustless and I also used powdered splenda instead of liquid. I lined the springform with parchment paper and poured the mixture in. I put it in the oven at 400 and immediately turned it down to 200 for 90 minutes with no stoneware or waterbath. It didn't crack and had excellent consistancy. I tried a few other cheesecake recipies after this one and they never came out as good as this one did. A+"
