"This was just a wonderful recipe! I omitted the breadcrumbs (didn't have any) and substituted basil for tarragon, but it came out really tasty and was easy to make too. I was looking for a chicken meatball recipe that did not use Parmesan and this was a winner.
If you omit breadcrumbs as I did, this also makes a fantastic plain meat sauce for pastas. Just mix the ingredients together and add tomato sauce (I also sauteed some diced onions before pouring in the bottled tomato/marinara sauce, and mixed about a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, before adding the meat mixture). Awesome!"
