Chicken Melon Salad... yum!,

"I made this because we had cantaloupe from our garden that needed to be used and I had a Sam's rotisserie chicken. My husband calls me recipe ADD because I like to cook things we have never had before. On occasion he grabs the recipe and puts them in a file of keepers because he is afraid I'll never "happen across" the recipe again and he wants to make sure we have it that recipe again. This was one of those! It was really good. I would have added green onions... but he does not like onions so this was perfect for him. For that reason... 5 stars!"
