"Just made this last night for my husband's family and they couldn't get enough of it! I made my own pesto which was extremely quick and easy and which helped to make it. I also used fresh chicken and added a few toasted pine nuts on top for decoration. Very quick and easy to make, and the best thing is you can make it that morning and leave it! Give it a try :-)"
