Most Excellent Microwave Meatloaf,

"The meatloaf was excellent. My wife and I both loved it. I get to make it again since I discovered the recipe online.
I had two problems.
One with draining the fluid after 5 minutes at high power. I almost burned myself before I decided to lift the meatloaf out of the pan then pour the liquid.
The cooking time was a little light. I cooked it for 18 minutes at 30% as it said, but we wound up then cooking it for 5 minutes at full power. I don't think 20 minutes at 30% would have done it, but maybe.
Oh yeah, I had to substitute Oregano for marjoram. Sorry - Didn't have any marjoram."
