"I thought this was an odd combination, but it's delicious! Perfect for a fast lunch. I used my favorite brand of tuna, Starkist Gourmet Choice Solid Light Tuna Fillet (canned). I would think any albacore tuna would also work well, but cheaper tuna that's has a stronger flavor might not. I will definitely make this often."
