"I love truffles and ganache! And I have been missing them, but no more! I melted the erythritol into the chocolate for a smooth consistency and used only stevia as my other sweetness. Tahitian vanilla essence just as a bit of extra lucious yum!It made sooo many that I ended up rolling a lot in coca and giving them away as presents! I am now going to make the almond pastry case and use the ganache as a decadant french style chocolate dessert."
