"We're transitioning vegetarians trying to eat healthier but sometimes have a hard time finding grocery store ingedients that are delicious. This was so easy, and suprisingly delicious. We used swiss chard instead of the collards and the peanut butter made the greens so sweet. Great way to get kids to eat greens. This will immediately be added to our repitoire. You must make this!"
