Nice change of pace,

"I tried this recipe today and I believe that this will become one of my go-to menu items in the future. I adjusted the recipe a bit to match my families' taste. I reduced the garlic to 1 small clove and reduced the bell pepper in half. The pork tenderloin I used was "seasoned" from the store, so I tasted the sauce before adding the salt. I added the chili powder even though my daughter usually finds the spice a bit too spicy for her. I thought that the sugar would cut the spice to a point that my daughter could eat it. I was right! We loved the recipe and I look forward to making it again."
