"I'm not a terribly big fan of rice pudding but I will definitely have to change my opinion now that I have made this one. It is not overly creamy (which is a definite plus in my books), very easy to make (in a crockpot, another plus) and the taste is one to be enjoyed by most everyone. This dessert is rated as a top choice for my husband and I."
