"This was my first time making pot roast. I found it to be a very simple, easy recipe. I used Lipton's onion soup instead of the seasoning they suggest. It turned out great. A little dry, but that may be because of the cut of beef I used. Had some trouble making the gravy the way they suggested, it was still very good. Most importantly, the boyfriend liked it."
