"I can't rate the actual recipe, because I used pre-stuffed rouladen. But this method of cooking it in the crockpot turned out excellent. I do recommend putting close to 2 cups of broth in there are more servings of gravy, keeping the amount of sour cream at 1/2 cup. The carrots came out lovely and I served them on the side (I didn't use baby carrots.) Served he rouladen over egg noodles. YUMMY"
