Great for shredding too!,

"I think this a great simple BBQ sauce recipe. I would hate to ruin any crock pot recipe with jarred or bottle sauces. Instead of searving the thighs whole. I decided to shred them like pulled (pork) and serve it over rice. Left overs can be served the next day in a bun. This is delicious and as easy as it gets!"
