Absolutely delcious and versatile!,

"I didn't have all the right ingredients, so I had to make some modifications. Still though, it was amazingly good. The family loved it and I'll definitely make it again.
My changes: * I used yellow mustard instead of Dijon and added about 1 tsp of horseradish sauce to add some spice. * Instead of soft bread crumbs, I used Italian croutons which I whirred up in the food processor. * Because I used the seasoned croutons, I skipped the salt, pepper and parsley.
I was afraid that because I used dry bread crumbs, it would be too crunchy but it wasn't. Honestly it was just magnificent! :)"
