Absolutely fantastic - and quite easy, May 19, 2009

"I just made these and they are wonderful! There is an awful lot of the glaze, but since I could practically eat it with a spoon it's ok. I did use milk instead of cream because I didn't have any cream.

These have that very sweet praline taste, the cookie compliments the glaze very well. Other than having to wait for it to chill overnight, they are very easy and quick.

I have half the dough in the freezer so I can see how they do after being frozen, but I can't imagine them not being as great as they are right now. Yummy!!"
