"Ok, I didn't drain the pinto beans because it didn't say to but otherwise I followed the recipe to a *T*. It was very soupy...like veggie sloppy joes. It did, however taste great so next time I will DEFINITELY drain the pinto beans. I ended up heating up the mixture and melting some monterey jack cheese on it and it was yummy anyway....tasted like gourmet refried beans."
