Easy and delicious,

"I could not believe that a recipe this easy could be so delicious. My husband was so impressed that he said it was good enough for company. That says a lot because he is a gourmet cook who does all the cooking for guests. Instead of pounding the chicken breasts to the desired thickness, I used the already prepared thin chicken breasts which made this recipe even easier. I have shared this recipe with a co-worker and have received a "wow"."
