Dinner or Breakfast, it's all delicious,

"I'd never baked a pie before but, inspired by a friend online's bout of cooking, I decided to give it a try. I'm a relative amateur with any kind of cooking, only having taken an interest in it this summer.
I followed the recipe as given with a few minor changes to suit available ingredients, ie. black pepper instead of white, extra asiago/mozzarella instead of ricotta, and frozen chopped spinach instead of whole leaf.
Ten minutes after putting it in the oven, my mouth was watering at the smells. At thirty minutes, I was about ready to eat my own shoe. When I finally took it out of the oven after 55mins, the top had darkened to the most delicious golden brown I had ever seen and it could be smelled two flats away according to neighbors.
I ate it for dinner, then refrigerated it and had it again this morning for breakfast. It is an absolute winner in my book and I can't wait to make it for my family!"
