"This recipe was FABULOUS.... I only marinated ours for 3-4 hours but it still turned out DELICIOUS... I added green & orange pepper along with some onions and didn't use mushrooms to but I am sure that wasn't a big deal as far as the recipe goes but Did I mention it was FANTASTIC..."
