"These are a welcome addition to my breakfast menu. Those of you grousing about the fat are missing the point: these are LOW CARB not low fat. Please note that I have lost 179 pounds and kept it off for 10 years by cutting my carbs and *adding* fat to my diet. The ultra low fat / low cal diets I followed for years did nothing for me. If you are concerned about fat intake, low carb is not the diet for you."
