Great pad thai recipe for vegans or anyone.,

"I made this recipe for my meat loving family and i'm a vegan. We all liked it. When I made it I fried up some extra firm tofu in the pan then added the sauce, noodles and bean sprouts to the fried tofu. I like a real peanutty pad thai, so I doubled the peanut butter, and then mixed some more peanut butter and soya sauce together last minute because it didn't seem like enough sauce. It was definitely too rich with all that peanut butter.. I would recommend doubling the peanut butter and increasing all the other sauce ingredients by 1.5 times if you like it with more sauce. It's a really great recipe though, and I'm sure I would really like it without tweaking it. I probably just needed the extra sauce because of the tofu."
