"We are not big fans of chicken, but this really made for a different, yummy tasting meal. My husband asked if it was turkey. It made the meat tender and sweet. I can't wait to experiment with different combinations of dried fruits with other types of meat in the crockpot (I think I will try my own variation using pot roast with dried cranberries)."
