Expensive but filling,

"This recipe uses a lot of chicken, which can get quite expensive here in New Zealand. On the other hand, it's filling. Prepare to use more stock than the recipe says - I usually end up at least doubling the amount. The parmesan cheese is a delicious final touch. If you're cooking for the dairy intolerant, just serve theirs before you add the butter and cheese. Mmm..."
