"We were having people over for dinner after work and needed something that would be easy prep. It by no means sounds like it would be an easy one - but it was very easy and wonderful! All said it was a definate repeater and it is now in my list of recipes that are a "HIT".
In my gas oven though - it definately took 85 minutes. There was no 70-80, it was 80+ all the way. Not a problem, just an observation.
