"I have been trying to make flaky fluffy biscuits for years. Like all southern cooks, I considered myself a failure without being able to do so. Finally with this recipie, I have had success. It gives very helpful hints which make the difference. The only change I made was to cook the biscuits in a cast iron fry pan. I also placed them close together so they would rise up instead of out. Made very tall but tender and flaky biscuits. I will continue to use this recipie forever."
