"I've never had real Old Bay Seasoning, and our local market doesn't carry it, so I tried this recipe. I had to grind up the bay leaves in the coffee grinder; I had on hand all of the other spices except mace, which I omitted. It smelled delicious, and it tasted wonderful sprinkled on baked tilapia. I may never try the real thing!"
