Microwave Beef Stroganoff Review,

"Unsuprisingly easy. Instead of using a domed 2 qt casserole, I simply used a cutout of wax paper with a plastic cling film over it to stop splatter. The meat was tenderized my my Novice Poundng (Only 5 good hits). I added 1/2 tsp white vinegar and a rosemary stem. Already had noodles from last night. This was a quick, delicious meal. My cats are still screaming...gimme some more!~~ CJ"
