"The processed cheese added too many calories and too much salt on top of the sausage. IMHO, the cheese taste overpowers everything in the dish. I redid it using a powdered edition of sausage gravy, which only adds 30 calories instead of 150 and shredded some cheddar on top to get the cheese taste. Microwaving is nice if you're in a hurry, but I like to toaster-oven mine. Keeps the crust crunchy. If you want to serve this up traditional, try using a Bobali ready crust to give it some depth."
