"I was so happy to find a casserole that didn't ask me for "readymade" canned soup. I doubled it and followed the directions for freezing for one of the halves.
I had trouble following the combination of vegetables requested for the freezer, but found there are many combinations available.
So yes! I think it's a great choice."
