"I was a little hesitant to make this recipe when I saw the pineapple in it but this cake was a hit! My daughter rated it "Excellent" and my husband (who doesn't eat sweets) ate 1/2 the cake in 3 days. The only reason why I didn't give this a 5* rating is because I would suggest adding a hint more cinnamon & some nutmeg or ground cloves. There just didn't seem to have a spice taste which I prefer. I did add 1/2c walnuts & 1/2 c raisins instead of the 1c nuts. I would definately make this cake again. (HINT: at the end of zucchini season i grate my zucchini & put them in 2c vacuum sealed pouches & freeze)"
