"I don't know if my review will count as I had to adapt it to what I had on hand! This recipe was tempting enough and I was ready to cook something! Starting with only having a 1 qt. bowl, I cooked ground buffalo, onion and garlic as per the amounts in the recipe, then divided the cooked meat mixture in half (I will use the remaining half in another meal). I continued with the the rest of ingredients using 1/2 the measurement listed, minus the basil, plus 5 mushrooms, sliced. Then I seasoned with salt, paprika and a little garlic salt. We like garlic! I used fettuccine, broken in thirds, as I had an opened box with a little more than 4 oz. left in it. I stirred the mixture half way through the 8 minute session, stirred again before adding the cheese, to be sure the noodles stayed separated but covered in sauce. Then placed back in the microwave for 5 more minutes. After letting it rest on the counter top and cool off a bit, we thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. It's the first time I've cooked pasta in the microwave and am very happy with the results - flavor, texture - Perfecto!!"
