Easy and delicious,

"I've used another cheesecake recipe for 20 years. It's been a favorite at holiday gatherings.
But my old recipe is much harder to prepare. This recipe is much easier (and quicker) to prepare. The only thing it lacks is the graham crust.
My mother is on an extremely restricted diet and sometimes it's hard to tempt her tastebuds.
Your impossible cheesecake was a hit with her (especially with strawberries on top). All the other members of my family loved it, too.
I plan to use it often. Thank you!"
