Good, but could improve.,

"It probably didn't help that I didn't use a food processor, and therefore my cookies weren't as finely crushed as they could have been, but the consistency was definitely -not- thick enough to press into the pie pan for the crust. It's easy to correct this, though, if you use a little bit less butter, or refrigerate it before pressing it into the pan. The latter method worked really well for me. All in all, a good recipe, super simple, accomplishes exactly what it needs, tastes good."
