I love this south of the border lasagna!,

"This was so zesty and good. Very south of the border. I did not add two onions, I thought one would be enough. Also, my husband didn't like all the salsa taste, (which I love) so next time I will cut it down to 3/4 cup, and add chopped black olives. I think you could also add corn. It made so much sauce that I needed more than 10 noodles, which was fine by me! Even if you didn't want to make a lasagna out of the mixture, it would make a great dip, or topping for nachos. I want to cook it down a bit and can it! I already have two people who want this recipe, and one is an 8 year old boy. Very good!"
