"I followed the directions exactly and my "fudge" is inedible. At one point I decided to add a little water because what was in the pan was basically solid Earth Balance (yes, I metled it as specified in the recipe) rolled in cocoa. The water seemed to help a bit; the mixture definately looked more like something akin to fudge. Is water missing from the ingredience list of this recipe? Yup, pretty peeved about using an entire cup of my Maya Gold cocoa powder for this sludge."
