"I made this recipe and loved it.....the frosting is so smooth and velvety and the cake is very very moist with a rich chocolaty taste, but with a mexican flair with the cinnamon added. I l-o-v-e this cake sooooo much!!! My grandmother always made this cake for our family when we would go and visit her in East Texas....everyone would request it and it always turned out delicious! But she called this cake "Texas Sheet Cake" and she would always put in some pecans that she picked up under her pecan trees that grew on her property in the country. This cake always reminds me of the "simple times " back in the day---way back when at the farm. The memories of a Hot Texas Summer, sitting on the front porch in one of the old rocking chairs or swings and eating a big piece of chocolate cake with a big glass of cold milk......yumm yumm!!!! There's nothin' like it------not even close! seriously!!! So, you need to try this one and don't forget the cold glass of milk......that's a "have to" . I garantee that you'll make your o-w-n memories----you'll see!!!, Jule"
