Tastes like the real thing!,

"This frosting is fantastic! It tastes just like real, dairy-based cream cheese frosting (I am not vegan and occasionally partake in the real thing). I used Earth Balance original spread and Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese, along with freshly squeezed lemon juice. The lemon juice adds just the right tang to make up for the blander Tofutti cream cheese. I used this frosting to top vegan chocolate cupcakes that I made for a potluck, and I literally had people hunting me down for the recipe. I highly recommend this recipe!"
