"I made these doughnuts when I needed a sweet "fix". They are fast and easy, and very satisfying. I wish they "kept" for longer, though, because I would like to have these around for a snack. But the recipe says they don't keep well and need to be eaten within a day. Wonder if they could be frozen? Since it's just me eating them, I dread throwing half of them out.
Anyway, they're delicious."
