"Quick to throw together with ingredients you likely already have on hand, and it turned out great! I bumped up the lemon flavor by reducing the vanilla to 1 tsp. and adding a tsp. of lemon flavoring, and used only half of the glaze, as hubby prefers his desserts a little less sweet. This is one of those recipes you can decide on the spur of the moment to make, and have a finished and delicious dessert ready in an hour - definitely 5 stars :)"
