"Very fun treat. But even with my kids helping, pressing all the dough was really time-consuming. I hope I can find my mother's tortilla press, that should be a big help. If so, I plan to bring a batch to work.
But wondering: How much sugar for the dough? ingredient list says 3 tbl, but directions only mention 2 tbl. Since I used "white whole wheat" flour, I added the larger amount. That was just right to have a pleasant contrast to the sweet coating."
