It takes an hour or more to cook,

"I made this recipe for the first time on Fat Tuesday. I had never made jambalaya before, and overall it was a perfect recipe. Warning, it takes about a full hour to cook. Do not follow the time on the instructions. Would definitely make it again and invite lots of people over to help eat it!"
